Intervention or accelerated tutoring with focus on the foundational skills needed for academic success in the pre school and primary grades. Skills include letter/sound naming, letter formation, phonemic awareness and phonics, and print concepts.
Early Reader
Sight Word identification and fluency, decoding strategies, retelling, and sequencing stories.
Transitional Reader
Comprehension and Fluent reading instruction, vocabulary, content-area reading, test reading, and wiriting in response to reading.
